Fathom is an AI-powered meeting assistant that automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings on platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. It delivers accurate transcripts, instant summaries, and action items—so you can focus on the conversation, not the notes.

Connection Method

  • Type: API Key

  • Requirements:

    • An active Fathom account

    • Your Fathom API key

  • Connect in Zams

    1. Go to Integrations → Fathom.

    2. Click Connect and paste your API key.

    3. Save — Fathom actions become available to your agents.
