The LinkedIn integration allows Zams to connect with your LinkedIn account so you can post updates, manage content, and retrieve basic profile or company information. This is useful for automating social engagement, scheduling posts, or collecting details about the accounts you manage.

Connection Method

  • Authentication Type: OAuth2

  • Requirements:

    • A LinkedIn account.

    • If posting on behalf of a company page, you must have the appropriate admin permissions.

  • Steps to Connect in Zams:

    1. Go to Integrations in the Zams dashboard.

    2. Select LinkedIn from the list.

    3. Click Connect and follow the LinkedIn OAuth sign-in flow.

    4. Approve the requested permissions.

    5. Once complete, LinkedIn features will be available to your agents.
