Grain is an AI notetaker for meetings. Connecting Grain to Zams lets your agents find meeting recordings, pull notes/transcripts, and (optionally) set webhooks to automate follow-ups—directly from natural language.

Connection Method

  1. Authentication Type: API Key

  2. Requirements:

    • An active Grain account

    • Access to your Grain API key

  3. Connect in Zams

    1. Go to Integrations → Grain.

    2. Click Connect and paste your API key.

    3. Save. The Grain actions become available to your agents.

Description

List Recordings

List your recordings with filters (date range, title, hosted/attended). Optionally include participants and highlights.

Get Recording Details

Retrieve a specific recording’s metadata, participants, highlights, and (optionally) intelligence notes.

Get Transcript (VTT or SRT)

Download a machine transcript for a recording in VTT or SRT format.
