The Gmail integration allows Zams to connect directly with your Google email account. With this integration, your agents can send, read, and organize emails, manage labels, and handle attachments. This makes it easier to automate common communication tasks and keep your inbox organized without leaving Zams.
Connection Method
Authentication Type: OAuth Flow
Requirements:
An active Google email account (Gmail).
Steps to Connect in Zams:
Go to Integrations in the Zams dashboard.
Select Gmail from the list of available integrations.
Click Connect and follow the Google OAuth sign-in process.

Once complete, Gmail features will be available to your agents.
