The CloseCRM integration lets Zams create and update sales records, search your database, automate outreach sequences, and log activities—all through natural language. Use it to speed up lead intake, keep contact data current, manage deals, and run quick reports without leaving Zams.
Connection Method
Authentication Type: OAuth 2.0
Requirements:
An active Close account with API access
Permissions to read/write the objects you plan to use (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, etc.)
Connect in Zams
Open Integrations → Close.
Click Connect and complete the OAuth sign-in.
Approve requested scopes. Once connected, actions appear in your agents.
Note
Your CRM role and permission sets control which objects/fields Zams can access.

Tip
When creating Opportunities, include value, status/stage, and pipeline (or ask Zams to list pipelines/statuses first) to avoid back-and-forth.
