Outlook

Last updated: August 22, 2025

The Outlook integration allows Zams to work directly with your Outlook environment. With this integration, your agents can send and read emails, manage contacts, and create or update calendar events. This makes it easier to automate common communication and scheduling tasks without leaving Zams.

Connection Method

  • Authentication Type: OAuth Flow

  • Requirements:

    • A Microsoft Outlook account (personal or work).

  • Steps to Connect in Zams:

  1. Go to Integrations in the Zams dashboard.

  2. Select Outlook from the list of available integrations.

  3. Click Connect and follow the Microsoft OAuth sign-in process.

  4. Grant Zams permission to access emails, calendar, and contacts.

  5. Once complete, Outlook features will be available to your agents.
