The Outlook integration allows Zams to work directly with your Outlook environment. With this integration, your agents can send and read emails, manage contacts, and create or update calendar events. This makes it easier to automate common communication and scheduling tasks without leaving Zams.
Connection Method
Authentication Type: OAuth Flow
Requirements:
A Microsoft Outlook account (personal or work).
Steps to Connect in Zams:
Go to Integrations in the Zams dashboard.
Select Outlook from the list of available integrations.
Click Connect and follow the Microsoft OAuth sign-in process.
Grant Zams permission to access emails, calendar, and contacts.
Once complete, Outlook features will be available to your agents.
Available Functionalites
Emails
Funcionality | Description |
View My Profile | Retrieve your Outlook account profile details. |
List Emails | Display a list of your recent Outlook emails. |
Read Email Content | Open and read the content of a specific email. |
Send Email | Compose and send a new Outlook email. |
Save Draft Email | Create a draft email that you can edit or send later. |
Calendar

Read an email:
“Show me the last email I received from Sarah.”
Manage a calendar event:
